Burns & McCoy - Avocado Fire Roasted Poblano Sauce

They have taken only the best avocados, roasted poblano peppers, fresh shallots and orange blossom honey and have created a vinaigrette with the perfect balance.

This vinaigrette is perfect for dipping bread in. You can use this as a marinade for white meats.  Marinate some shrimp and toss on the grill.  Use in place of crema on your favorite tacos. Use on potato salad, coleslaw or your favorite salad.
