Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce combines an exciting flavor with a sensational heat. This used to be their hottest recipe (before the Charcoal Ghost), they use more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in their Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. The RHBC sauce also differs from the other 2 sauces because it does not have any citrus juice, but it does have 2 types of vinegar: Queen Majesty's own dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar and Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar. There won't be an overwhelming coffee flavor but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavor of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with rich foods like chilis, stews and pizza. You can also try mixing it with ketchup for fries and burgers, or add as-is to the perfect falafel sandwich. Erica's preference is to put it on everything.
